Shipping policy

All products are processed within 12 hours after payment and sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

• The Netherlands: 1 working day
• Europe: 1-5 business days
• United States: 5 – 10 business days
• Rest of the world: 5 – 10 working days

When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Delays:
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to, an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
